We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our guest relations and bookings team at Nikki Beach Costa Smeralda.
This front-office role is key to ensuring seamless reservation processes and first-class communication with our international clientele.
As Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming booking requests via phone, email, and reservation platforms, coordinating seating plans with the service team, managing VIP and group bookings, and ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications with both guests and internal departments.
This position is ideal for those who have excellent communication skills, enjoy guest interaction, and are confident using digital tools in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Experience in hospitality reservations, front office, guest relations, or call center roles
Excellent English required; Italian strongly preferred
Fluent written and verbal communication
Good command of reservation software, email, and phone etiquette
Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Must have the right to work in Italy full-time (we do not sponsor visas)
Personal transportation preferred due to location
A high-standard and dynamic working environment
Contract aligned with CCNL Turismo
