Position: Boat Captain
Location: Nikki Beach Costa Smeralda, Cala Petra Ruja – Sardinia
Season:  May 25th – August 31st (*second position starting June 15th – September 15th)
Opening Hours: Daytime operation
Contract: Italian CCNL Turismo – Seasonal contract (with overtime & bonuses)
Benefits: Shared accommodation and meals during shift provided

We are looking for a professional and experienced Boat Captain to operate and manage our support vessel during the summer season.

The Boat Captain supports the beach club operations by ensuring safe navigation, assisting with logistics, and welcoming guests during transfers and operational movements related to the venue.

This role requires strong maritime skills, reliability, and the ability to deliver a professional and welcoming experience aligned with Nikki Beach hospitality standards.

Safe navigation and operation of the vessel along the Costa Smeralda coastline

Guest transfers and assistance when required

Docking, anchoring, and maneuvering in restricted waters

Daily checks and basic maintenance of the vessel

Coordination with beach operations and management team

Ensuring safety procedures and maritime regulations are respected

Maintaining a professional and guest-oriented approach onboard

Valid nautical license appropriate for the vessel operated

Previous experience as Boat Captain in coastal or tourism navigation

Strong knowledge of navigation and maneuvering

High sense of responsibility and safety awareness

Professional attitude and guest-oriented mindset

Fluent English required; Italian is a plus

Must have the right to work in Italy full-time (we do not sponsor visas)

Personal transportation preferred due to location
