As a Cleaner, you ensure our spaces reflect the luxury, freshness, and attention to detail our company is known for. You maintain a clean, welcoming, and hygienic environment in all areas of the property, directly contributing to an exceptional guest and team experience.

• Perform daily cleaning duties (dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, polishing, wiping windows)

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and other high-traffic areas

• Conduct regular cleanliness checks throughout service hours

• Refill and monitor cleaning supplies and restroom stock levels

• Report any damage, repair needs, or safety hazards to the Operations Manager

• Carry out deep cleaning and special projects as scheduled

• Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in proper condition

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations consistently

• Support event setup, breakdown, and property resets when required

• Proactive, self-motivated, and discreet

• Positive, respectful, and professional with colleagues and guests

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, in varying conditions

• Safe use and storage of cleaning tools and chemicals

• Hygiene and cleanliness best practices in hospitality

• Proper handling of waste, recycling, and hazardous materials

• How to communicate and report issues clearly and promptly
