Position Overview
As Purchase Manager, you will lead the full purchasing and stock control cycle for Lucia Cannes. You will work closely with the Executive Chef, Bar Manager, and Financial Controller to source quality products at competitive prices, ensure smooth supply chain operations, and maintain accurate inventory systems. Your role is essential to ensuring profitability, guest satisfaction, and alignment with our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Source high-quality products at competitive prices in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Bar Manager
Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure service reliability
Coordinate orders for food, beverage, hygiene products, and equipment
Monitor market trends, competitor menus, and sponsorship opportunities
Assist with menu pricing through costing, demand, and profit analysis
Communicate with NBHG Global and external partners for updates and alignment
Align product choices with seasonal availability and event requirements
Ensure regular updates to the Financial Controller on invoices and payments
Supervise receiving processes with strict quality and quantity checks
Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system
Manage transfers and distribution of goods across outlets
Guarantee storage areas meet health, hygiene, and safety standards
Lead preparation of monthly reports on purchases, inventory, and cost breakdowns
Track perishables, minimize losses, and analyze consumption
Support marketing and events teams with product availability for activations
Promote sustainability by selecting ecological product alternatives
Build and maintain strong, professional supplier relationships
