Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Lucia Cannes 

Contract: Full time


Position Overview

As Restaurant Manager, you lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You are responsible for guest satisfaction, staff development, and the implementation of brand standards. You ensure the team delivers service excellence and that every shift is organized, profitable, and aligned with the Lucia experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including floor plans and reservation flow

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing FOH team

  • Organize team schedules and ensure proper coverage for all service periods

  • Coordinate with Sales, Events, and Reservations for private bookings and activations

  • Promote upselling strategies and maximize daily revenue

  • Conduct daily line-ups and monthly team assessments

  • Ensure all FOH staff follow grooming, safety, and service SOPs

  • Monitor service performance and provide in-the-moment coaching

  • Maintain excellent communication with kitchen, purchasing, HR, and finance

  • Plan and execute special events in collaboration with other departments

  • Greet VIP and regular guests and handle complaints with diplomacy

  • Uphold brand presence and ensure consistent guest experience

  • Manage restaurant inventory and equipment

  • Ensure team members are trained on menus, packages, and promotions

  • Maintain a clean, visually appealing, and energy-efficient operation

  • Complete daily reports and communicate key insights to the GM
