You create memorable guest experiences on sunbeds and cabanas by combining attentive service, product knowledge, and personality, ensuring every guest enjoys the signature Lucia atmosphere from arrival to departure.

• Welcome beach guests warmly and professionally, creating a relaxed and engaging atmosphere

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently to sunbeds and cabanas

• Deliver a personalized beach experience by anticipating guest needs and preferences

• Know the menu by heart and make confident food, cocktail, and beverage recommendations

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of assigned beach sections

• Set up, reset, and maintain sunbeds, cabanas, umbrellas, and side tables to brand standards

• Collaborate closely with Beach Commis, bartenders, kitchen, and hostess teams

• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary

• Follow opening, daily, and closing procedures for beach service

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service SOPs

• Support VIP service, special events, and high-volume beach periods

• 1–2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a resaurant, resort, or high-end hospitality environment
