As Beach Commis, you play a key support role in delivering a seamless and elevated beach experience for our guests. Working exclusively in the beach area, you assist the service team with setup, cleanliness, and efficient service flow. Your energy, attention to detail, and teamwork ensure that sunbeds, cabanas, and beach sections remain guest-ready at all times, reflecting Lucia Restaurant luxury lifestyle standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support beach servers and section leaders during daily service
Prepare, set up, and reset beach sunbeds, cabanas, and umbrellas according to brand standards
Deliver and replenish towels, pillows, and guest amenities
Clear used glassware, plates, and service items promptly
Run food and beverages between kitchen, bar, and beach service areas
Refill water stations, ice buckets, and beach side stations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beach area throughout service
Roll towels and restock towel stations as required
Assist with daily beach mise en place and end-of-day breakdown
Report damaged, missing, or unsafe equipment to management immediately
Follow hygiene, safety, and property care guidelines at all times
Respond politely and efficiently to guest requests
Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and supervisors
Support special events or high-volume service periods when needed
0–1 year of experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or service environment
(Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude are welcome)
Physical stamina and efficiency to work outdoors in a fast-paced beach environment
