As Sous Chef, you support the Executive Chef in leading the culinary team and ensuring a consistent, high-quality food experience. You supervise kitchen operations, guide junior chefs, and contribute to menu development, always reflecting the Nikki Beach lifestyle.
Supervise all kitchen stations and daily operations
Direct food preparation and delegate tasks efficiently
Ensure food quality, consistency, and visual standards
Collaborate on menu development and recipe testing
Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team
Support inventory, ordering, and stock control
Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
Troubleshoot during service and support high-volume periods
Coach commis chefs and apprentices; support scheduling
Assist with event menus and seasonal changes
