• Prepare a variety of desserts including cakes, pastries, breads, and pies
• Decorate and plate desserts with attention to detail and presentation
• Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines consistently
• Assist with daily deliveries and stock management for the pastry section
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
• Support the development of new pastry items when required
• Ensure efficiency, speed, and consistency during service
• Assist in cost control, waste reduction, and stock rotation
• Support senior pastry team members and collaborate with the kitchen team
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams

• 2–4 years of experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen
• Passion for pastry and dessert preparation
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on presentation
• Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure
