Position: Front Office Agent
Location: Santorini
Contract: Seasonal contract, mid-May to mid-September
The Front Office Agent is responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. This role supports daily front office operations, guest requests, check-in/check-out procedures, and coordination with departments to ensure Nikki Beach service standards are consistently met.
- Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns with care, tact, and professionalism.
- Accurately input and manage guest information using hotel systems.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to support smooth operations.
- Maintain excellent grooming, punctuality, and Nikki Beach service standards.
- Support room inventory, arrivals, departures, and VIP guest preparation.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented Guest Experience environment.
- Previous front office, guest experience, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Professional appearance and excellent attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays during the season.
- 2 meals per day while working on site
