The Reservations Coordinator supports both the Rooms Reservations Manager and the Food & Beverage team, ensuring all guest bookings are handled efficiently across accommodation and dining outlets. This role is a key point of contact for guests, managing reservations, maintaining guest profiles, and maximizing revenue through effective upselling and coordination.

• Manage all reservation requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and booking platforms for both rooms and F&B outlets.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and booking history in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Rooms Division and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Upsell rooms, dining experiences, and special packages to maximize revenue.
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
• Support table allocation, dining reservations, and event bookings for F&B venues.
• Keep up to date with hotel offerings, menus, pricing, and promotions.
• Generate reports on reservations, guest data, and performance metrics.
• Ensure timely communication with guests and internal teams (within 24 hours response time).
• Maintain high standards of telephone etiquette and customer service.

• Previous experience in reservations, front office, or F&B coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and reservation platforms.
• Ability to multitask across multiple departments and booking channels.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commercial and guest-focused mindset.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
