Position: Spa Therapist
Location: Nikki Beach Resort & Spa
Contract: Seasonal contract, mid-May to mid-September


Position Overview

The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional face and body treatments while ensuring a seamless and relaxing guest journey. As an ambassador of Nikki Beach spa standards, this role focuses on personalized treatments, guest care, and revenue generation through upselling and retail recommendations, all while maintaining the highest hygiene and service standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of face and body treatments in line with brand standards and protocols.
  • Conduct thorough guest consultations to tailor treatments to individual needs.
  • Ensure a seamless spa journey from arrival to post-treatment care.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in treatment areas.
  • Upsell treatments and retail products to maximize revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and treatment history.
  • Ensure treatment rooms are well-stocked, clean, and prepared at all times.
  • Support spa operations, including stock control and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the spa team to deliver a consistent luxury guest experience.

What We’re Looking For
 
  • Certified Spa Therapist with recognized qualifications.
  • Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of massage, face, and body treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
