Description

RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS 

  • Providing an exceptional guest service experience to all guests 

  • Serve & run food and beverage to the clients tables and area

  • You are responsible to provide food and beverage service according to Nikki Beach brand standards, guidelines, and procedures

  • Service is to be presented in a fun, friendly and professional manner

  • Staying guest focused and nurturing an excellent guest experience

  • Ensure maximum guest satisfaction

  • Providing a warm welcome and a gracious farewell

  • Follow all opening, daily and closing duties

  • Able to provide all food & beverage mise-en-place duties

  • Anticipating guests' needs and responding urgently and appropriately to guests concerns and requests

  • Assessing customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations

  • Set up a restaurant according to the daily layout and restaurant standards defined by the brand

  • Completing assigned duties prior to service

  • Taking and serving food and beverage orders and artfully describing menu items

  • Checking and clearing waiters’ stations during and after service

  • If required, assist in bringing food from the kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Handling all guest complaints in a professional manner and contacting your manager when necessary

  • Clear operating equipment to designated wash-up and storage areas

  • Clear and reset tables according to service operating procedures and standards

  • Report any damages or losses to the manager

  • Follow closing cash out procedures

  • Maintaining a good teamwork relationship with colleagues

  • Arriving to work punctually, wearing a clean and correct uniform and maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene

  • Must attend and participate in staff training and daily lineup meetings

  • Follow and enforce all the SOP’s and mandates as they have been trained and instructed.
