Providing an exceptional guest service experience to all guests
Serve & run food and beverage to the clients tables and area
You are responsible to provide food and beverage service according to Nikki Beach brand standards, guidelines, and procedures
Service is to be presented in a fun, friendly and professional manner
Staying guest focused and nurturing an excellent guest experience
Ensure maximum guest satisfaction
Providing a warm welcome and a gracious farewell
Follow all opening, daily and closing duties
Able to provide all food & beverage mise-en-place duties
Anticipating guests' needs and responding urgently and appropriately to guests concerns and requests
Assessing customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
Set up a restaurant according to the daily layout and restaurant standards defined by the brand
Completing assigned duties prior to service
Taking and serving food and beverage orders and artfully describing menu items
Checking and clearing waiters’ stations during and after service
If required, assist in bringing food from the kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Handling all guest complaints in a professional manner and contacting your manager when necessary
Clear operating equipment to designated wash-up and storage areas
Clear and reset tables according to service operating procedures and standards
Report any damages or losses to the manager
Follow closing cash out procedures
Maintaining a good teamwork relationship with colleagues
Arriving to work punctually, wearing a clean and correct uniform and maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
Must attend and participate in staff training and daily lineup meetings
Follow and enforce all the SOP’s and mandates as they have been trained and instructed.
