Job Title: Guest Experience & Marketing Coordinator

About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on Coordinator to join our vibrant team at Nikki Beach Miami Beach. This is a field-based role - perfect for someone who loves being in the heart of the action, engaging with guests, supporting event activations, and bringing the brand to life through content and energy.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the on-site link between Operations & Marketing
Support and coordinate event activations, promotions, and guest / brand experiences
Assist with content creation (stories, reels, guest interviews, behind-the-scenes, influencer capture)
Ensure brand guidelines and guest experience standards are met during daily operations and special events
Collaborate with the marketing manager and the Global team to execute campaigns and social initiatives on-site
Act as the eyes and ears on the ground—report trends, feedback, and opportunities for brand moments
Help manage guest lists, hospitality activations, and brand partnerships
Who You Are:
Energetic and people-focused, with a passion for hospitality and lifestyle experiences
Social media savvy – you know how to capture a moment
Comfortable interacting with guests, talent, and influencers
Hands-on and flexible – you love variety and adapt quickly
1–2 years of experience in hospitality, events, promotions, or content (internships count!)
Available to work weekends, holidays, and key event days
