Nikki Beach Hospitality Group is a globally recognized luxury lifestyle brand, blending hospitality, dining, fashion, music, and entertainment. Our Miami office oversees the global brand presence across digital channels for all Nikki Beach locations.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our corporate marketing team. The ideal candidate will oversee and enhance the brand’s social media presence across multiple locations. This role requires strong organizational skills, creative content development capabilities, and experience in influencer marketing and campaign reporting.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute scheduling of content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms for several properties worldwide.
  • Create and maintain detailed content calendars using Dash Hudson, ensuring alignment with seasonal activities, promotions, and key events.
  • Develop engaging content and support social media strategies for Nikki Beach locations across global markets.
  • Collaborate with location teams and social media assistants to ensure consistent brand voice and high audience engagement.
  • Support occasional on-site photoshoots, including filming and editing behind-the-scenes content to enrich storytelling and brand visibility.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Dash Hudson, providing actionable insights and reporting on KPIs.
  • Cultivate and manage influencer relationships, ensuring collaborations align with brand values and objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, audience sentiment, and guest engagement opportunities.
  • Create and manage targeted audiences for paid ads and boosted content; optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Coordinate closely with the Assistant Social Media Manager and other teams (PR, marketing, operations) to develop social campaigns and respond to guest inquiries.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or a related industry.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and current social media trends and best practices.
  • Strong content creation skills, with basic graphic design and copywriting experience.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms, preferably Dash Hudson.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and content partnerships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts across time zones.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally with global teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support photoshoots and location content needs.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
