Job Title: Admin and Finance Internship
Contract: Internship, 3 months with possible extension

Job Type: Part-Time (25h/week) with possible increase
Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administration and Finance intern to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. This part-time role is designed for a student looking to gain professional experience in a fast-paced, international environment. You will provide hands-on support to our Global Finance Director, while also assisting in day-to-day administrative operations. This is a unique opportunity to be immersed in the workings of a global luxury lifestyle hospitality brand, developing your skills across departments and contributing meaningfully to the smooth running of our office.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in financial analysis of the operated hotels and resorts
Review financial reports and analyse financial deviations to improve the potential of the properties
Work closely with with local finance teams to develop cost control and revenue optimization strategies
Ensure the day-to-day running of the Barcelona office
Assist with administrative filing, document preparation, and general office maintenance
Assist with travel bookings, itineraries, and expense reimbursements
Support the finance department with administrative tasks such as invoice processing, data entry, and report preparation
Help with ongoing projects, preparing presentations and conducting research when needed
Required Qualifications and Competencies
Student in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in EnglishÂ
Ability to work proactively and independently, with a positive and flexible attitude
Genuine interest in hospitality, office operations, and financial coordination
