Position: Accounting Manager (Corporate)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Accounting Manager to join our Corporate Finance team in Miami. This role will support the accounting and financial oversight of Nikki Beach Hospitality Group’s international portfolio, spanning resorts, residences, beach clubs, restaurants, retail, and lifestyle concepts across multiple regions.
Reporting to senior finance leadership, the Accounting Manager will play a key role in ensuring accurate group-level reporting, strong internal controls, and consistency of accounting practices across a diverse, multi-entity global structure. This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive accounting professional with experience in complex, international hospitality and retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee corporate and group-level accounting activities across multiple legal entities globally.
Manage and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS and internal reporting standards.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and governance requirements across the group.
Act as a key liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and local finance teams worldwide.
Review balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and eliminations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis at corporate and regional levels.
Partner with regional finance teams to standardize accounting processes and improve reporting quality across all business lines.
Support finance transformation initiatives, system enhancements, and process automation projects.
Provide guidance and mentorship to other accounting team members where applicable.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent strongly preferred).
Minimum 6 years of progressive accounting experience (Big Four preferred), ideally within a multinational hospitality, lifestyle, retail, or consumer-facing group.
Strong experience with group reporting, consolidations, and multi-entity accounting.
Solid working knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS exposure is a plus.
Experience managing intercompany accounting and cross-border transactions.
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or comparable ERP systems is an advantage.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, global organization.
