About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on IT Operations Manager to support our global hospitality operations by managing operational software, IT infrastructure, and point-of-sale systems across our restaurants and beach clubs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, traveling internationally, solving technical challenges, implementing new technologies, and ensuring every venue is fully operational from opening day onward. You'll play a key role in driving digital transformation across the business by supporting new systems, AI initiatives, CRM platforms, and operational software.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and support Oracle MICROS POS, including terminals, printers, menus, pricing, user permissions, and software updates.
Coordinate network infrastructure, including structured cabling, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and IT hardware.
Provide first and second-line technical support for operational systems, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Manage, configure, maintain, and support operational software platforms, including CRM, reservation, procurement, HR, finance, and AI solutions.
Coordinate the implementation and rollout of new business systems, software upgrades, and digital initiatives across the group.
Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence and automation to improve operational efficiency and the guest experience.
Coordinate IT setup for new venue openings and renovations, ensuring all technology is operational before launch.
Maintain IT asset inventory, procure equipment, and manage relationships with technology vendors.
Train end users on operational systems and provide ongoing technical support to restaurant and corporate teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for all IT and software-related projects, collaborating closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, and external technology partners.
What We're Looking For
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle MICROS POS (configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and support).
Proficiency in English, other languages are a plus.
Solid knowledge of operational software: user management, permissions, email administration, Drive, and security.
Experience installing and supporting network infrastructure, structured cabling, Wi-Fi, and IT hardware.
Experience supporting hospitality operational software, cloud applications, CRM platforms, and business systems.
Interest in AI technologies and digital innovation.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
Willingness to travel internationally for new openings and operational support.
Preferred Experience
Hospitality, restaurant, or hotel IT experience.
Knowledge of POS integrations with MICROS, payment terminals, printers, and peripheral devices.
Experience with cloud-based business applications.
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and user access management.
Experience implementing or supporting tools and digital transformation projects is a plus.
