What You will be doing:

●      Travelling to our various locations in Central London on a daily basis

●      Assist with New openings training, including international opportunities

●      Training new hires and helping aid their learning with various training tools

●      Exemplifying the NEAT values and leading by example

●      Communicating with managers and peers, regarding training needs and     goals

●       Knowing how to lead and train the team and motivate to be their best

●       Ensure standards are maintained, through feedback and coaching on shift

●       Having great attention to detail, always being focused on upskilling the trainees and their personal development

●       Involved in Marketing activations and external events

What we are looking for:

●      Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role

●      People and guest focused personality

●      Positivity and a can-do attitude

●      Great communication skills and teamwork

●      Passion for food and hospitality

●      Confidence in Coaching and developing
