•  Developing your team fulfilling their potential

•  Ensuring restaurant is run to the highest standard and customer expectations met

•  Planning restaurant growth through local area marketing initiatives

•  Ensuring Restaurant profitability through stock and labour management

•  Maintaining the highest standards of Health and Safety procedures.

•  Exceeding company goals and targets treating business as their own

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role.

• People and guest focus personality.

• Positivity and a can-do attitude.

• Great communication skills and teamwork.

• Keen eye for details.

• Passion for food and hospitality.
