In Neat every burger sold a tree is planted. We work with the Eden Reforestation Project, planting trees all around the world.

It is an exciting time to join Neat as we are growing, opening multiple locations around the UK and worldwide.

What we can offer you:

What You will be doing:

  • Cooking and delivering high volumes of food quickly and efficiently. 

  • Meeting brand KPIs and targets.

  • Maintaining the highest kitchen cleanliness and standards.

  • Training and coaching new and existing team members.

  • Manage Stock and Inventory.

  • Following Health and Safety procedures at the highest standards.

  • Leading by best example.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role.

  • People and guest focus personality.

  • Positivity and a can-do attitude.

  • Great communication skills and teamwork.

  • Keen eye for details.

  • Passion for food and hospitality.
