Our coffee bar is part of an awesome foodie-retail experience at Neiman Marcus. We have a demo kitchen, retail area, chocolates bar, and coffee bar. We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team.

EXPECTATIONS:
Candidates must have open availability and a willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to work with others
Detail oriented
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs
Must be able to stand for long periods of time

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Practice proper cleaning and preventative maintenance for espresso and brewing equipment
Be knowledgeable about new coffee offerings and participate in tastings of new coffees
Follow our standards for opening and closing procedures
Make drinks in a consistent manner
Provide service in a fun, friendly and efficient way
Maintain a clean and functioning bar
Happily assist staff from other departments when requested and where able
Stay informed and educated on industry trends and developments
Register and Customer Service
