We're looking for an enthusiastic and imaginative Creative Host to help bring our family experiences to life. This is so much more than a childcare role—it's a chance to spark creativity, build confidence and create unforgettable moments for children and families.

From leading creative workshops and immersive experiences to supporting our crèche and retail spaces, no two days are ever the same. If you're energetic, people-focused and love making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

·         Delivering creative workshops and engaging family activities.

·         Caring for children within our crèche in a safe, nurturing environment.

·         Bringing immersive events and seasonal experiences to life.

·         Welcoming guests with warmth, energy and genuine hospitality.

·         Building positive relationships with children, families and guests.

·         Supporting our creative and retail spaces.

·         Working alongside colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

·         Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, safety and organisation.

 About You

You're creative, confident and passionate about creating memorable experiences.

You'll be:

·         Friendly, enthusiastic and naturally engaging.

·         Full of ideas and eager to bring them to life.

·         Organised, proactive and adaptable.

·         Passionate about working with children and families.

·         Calm and positive in a busy environment.

·         A team player who loves collaborating with others.

·         Committed to outstanding guest service and safeguarding.

 Experience in childcare, hospitality, guest experience or customer service is a bonus, but attitude, energy and creativity are what matter most.

Safeguarding & DBS

As this role involves working with children, an Enhanced DBS check is required.

We can accept:

·         An Enhanced DBS certificate issued within the last 6 months, or

·         A DBS registered with the Update Service.

If a new check is required, we'll happily support you through the application process.
