We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Ground Floor Cleaner to join our housekeeping team. This role is all about maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our public areas, ensuring every space feels fresh, calm, and guest-ready throughout the day. You’ll be someone who takes pride in your work, notices the little details, and enjoys contributing to a positive guest experience.

• Clean and maintain all public areas including lounges, corridors, and guest facilities

• Ensure all areas are presented to a consistently high standard

• Carry out regular checks and respond to cleaning needs throughout your shift

• Work efficiently both independently and as part of the wider housekeeping team

• Follow health and safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential

• Full training will be provided

• Strong attention to detail

• Good time management and organisation

• Ability to work independently

• Positive and proactive attitude

• Friendly and approachable manner

• £12.60 per hour plus tips
