What do we want?

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-driven Night Cleaner to help keep our hotel calm, clean, and ready for the day ahead. Working overnight, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our bedrooms, spa areas, and public spaces to the highest standards. This role suits someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and understands how the smallest details can shape a guest’s experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Clean and maintain all hotel areas to company standards

• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sweep public and communal spaces

• Clean windows, doors, bathrooms, and toilets

• Empty bins and ensure all areas remain tidy and welcoming

• Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to the Team Leader

• Assist with turndown service at Scarlet Hotel when required

• Occasionally interact with guests during night hours

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar cleaning or overnight role is desirable

• Full training will be provided

Key Skills:

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Good time management and reliability

• Physically capable of lifting and moving linen sacks

• Clear communication skills (spoken and written English)

• Proactive and responsible approach to work
