Responsibilities and Duties:
•
Load and unload washing machines and tumble dryers efficiently
• Check, fold, sort, and organise freshly laundered linen and items
• Carry out minor sewing and repair duties when required
• Replace and replenish laundry supplies and consumables

• Keep the laundry area clean, organised, and safe at all times
• Report any equipment faults or maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Manager
• Follow all health & safety procedures and safe working practices
• Support the wider housekeeping team when required
• Work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as part of the rota
Qualifications:
•
Previous laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality experience is desirable but not
essential
• Ability to work independently and follow processes efficiently
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
• A practical and hands-on approach to work
Key Skills:

• Reliable, consistent, and hardworking
• Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for long periods
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
