We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated Early Morning Public Areas Cleaner to help ensure Bedruthan and Scarlet are looking their very best before our guests begin their day.

This is a vital role within our housekeeping team, maintaining the high standards our guests expect across our public spaces, spa areas, restaurants, event spaces and guest facilities.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Early Morning Public Areas Cleaner, you'll help ensure every space is clean, safe and beautifully presented before guests start their day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and presenting public areas to the highest standards.
• Maintaining the spa, restaurants, bars, reception areas, corridors and event spaces.
• Ensuring the spa and conference spaces are guest-ready by 8am.
• Completing cleaning tasks independently and within set timeframes.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance, safety or housekeeping issues.
• Maintaining high standards of security across public areas.
• Supporting other areas of the hotel when required.
• Contributing to the luxury experience our guests know and love.

About You

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that attention to detail makes all the difference.

You'll be:

·         Reliable, punctual and trustworthy

·         Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

·         Detail-focused with high personal standards

·         Physically fit and happy to work across a large hotel environment

·         Positive, proactive and willing to get stuck in

·         A strong team player with a flexible approach

·         Friendly and professional when interacting with guests

Previous cleaning, housekeeping or hospitality experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic and commitment to maintaining exceptional standards.
