• Deliver a warm, friendly, and engaging welcome to all our guests
• Create a relaxed, personal first impression that reflects our brand
• Manage smooth, efficient check-ins and check-outs with accuracy
• Build genuine rapport with guests and personalise their experience
• Confidently promote hotel facilities, services, and local recommendations
• Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest journey
• Take ownership of guest queries and resolve issues with care and efficiency
• Balance exceptional service with speed and organisation during busy periods
• Maintain accurate bookings, billing, and guest information at all times
• Keep the reception area welcoming, organised, and presentable
• Bring positive energy to the team and contribute to a supportive culture
• Represent the hotel with professionalism, personality, and pride

• What you’ll get:
