We're looking for a Night Host to be the reassuring presence across Bedruthan and Scarlet Hotels throughout the night. From welcoming late arrivals and supporting guests, to keeping our hotels safe, secure and ready for a new day, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional overnight experiences.
No two nights are the same. One moment you'll be helping a guest, the next carrying out security checks, supporting room service or preparing for the morning team to arrive.

What You'll Be DoingAs a Night Host, you'll be responsible for ensuring our hotels remain safe, welcoming and running smoothly throughout the night.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Welcoming late arrivals and supporting early departures
• Managing guest requests with confidence, care and professionalism
• Carrying out overnight security checks across the hotels and grounds
• Answering calls and responding to guest enquiries
• Supporting room service and wider hotel operations when required
• Processing payments, guest accounts and reception administration accurately
• Maintaining clean, tidy and welcoming public spaces
• Reporting maintenance, safety or security concerns
• Completing overnight checks and handovers for day teams
• Helping create a calm, safe and memorable experience for every guest
