The Role…
Working as part of a motivated team, you will provide constant levels of excellent service and customer relations to all guests. With a friendly, professional, and outgoing personality, you will help serve breakfast, whilst being an ambassador for Luxury Family Hotels.
What we need from you…
• Positive, welcoming attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
• Excellent customer service and able to anticipate guest needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent grooming standards
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work hours as determined by the business, shifts include evenings, weekends and bank holidays
