From a Jacobean manor house to a New Forest hunting lodge, we offer family escapes in some of England’s finest locations. Luxury Family Hotels have five distinctive and delightful hideaways to choose from, our guests are spoilt for choice. The Role…

As guests sleep sound in their beds, our Nights team keep everything running like clockwork. Our Night Porters are instrumental in overseeing the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise. Working as part of a motivated team, this is a hands-on role managing the guest experience, give concierge service and ensuring the standards of the brand are maintained. Our Night Porters ensure the safety, security and well-being of all our lovely guests. 

What we need from you…

• Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
• First Aid qualification desirable
• Positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• Competent level of IT proficiency
