Located in the heart of the New Forest, our 17th century property now turned hotel is surrounded by over 220 square miles of National Park. The Manor, originally used by King Charles II, as a personal hunting lodge, is inundated by wild visitors such as Deer, Ponies, Donkeys, and Pigs. Our manor is the perfect location for families looking for a home away from home.

 

New Park Manor is currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Family. Working with Andrew (F&B Manager) you will be responsible for the impeccable Food and Beverage service throughout the hotel.

 

This Assistant Restaurant Manager needs to be able to lead our food and beverage department during service to consistently exceeding our guest expectations by giving an outstanding, informal, and personable family focused service. You also need to be passionate about local, homegrown food using seasonal sustainable produce daily.
