F&B Team Leader – Scarlet Hotel

As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, you’ll guide seamless daily operations, nurture your team, and help create an authentic place people want to be — every moment, every interaction.

What you’ll do

  • Lead with empathy and set the tone for warm, intuitive service
  • Inspire your team to deliver exceptional, personal guest experiences
  • Coordinate smooth, agile F&B operations across the hotel
  • Champion sustainability, detail, and commercial awareness
  • Step up confidently when the Food Services Manager is off‑site
  • Create meaningful guest connections that feel luxurious, relaxed, and unmistakably Scarlet

Pay & Benefits

  • £13.70 per hour plus a share of hotel tips
  • 40‑hour permanent contract – covering five days and a variety of shifts
  • Performance Boost Scheme - The more you bring to the role, the more opportunity there is to earn. We recognise team members who deliver great guest experiences, are willing to learn across different roles, and regularly support other teams. For eligible team members, this can mean the opportunity to earn more on top of base pay.
