We're looking for a confident and passionate Bar Team Leader to help lead our talented team and deliver the exceptional service Scarlet is renowned for.

This is an opportunity to combine hands-on hospitality with leadership and creativity. You'll inspire the team, support the development of our beverage offering and help create memorable guest experiences that feel personal, effortless and distinctly Scarlet.

Working alongside our Restaurant Managers and Wine & Beverage Services Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping everything from seasonal cocktails and premium spirits to guest service standards and team development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading by example to deliver exceptional luxury hospitality.
• Creating memorable guest experiences through warm, personalised service.
• Inspiring, coaching and developing Bar Hosts to achieve their full potential.
• Building genuine relationships with guests and anticipating their needs.
• Supporting beverage sales through excellent product knowledge and recommendations.
• Contributing to seasonal cocktail menus and drinks list development.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness and cellar management.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Helping create a positive, high-performing and supportive team culture.

About You

We're looking for a hospitality professional who combines strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for people, food and drink.

You will be:

Previous supervisory experience within a bar, restaurant, hotel or luxury hospitality environment would be advantageous, but just as important is your energy, personality and enthusiasm for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
