Ula is looking for confident, energetic bartenders to join our opening team in one of Mumbles’ most exciting new venues.

Set above the village with a retractable rooftop, stylish interiors and a vibrant atmosphere, Ula is all about great drinks, amazing music, and unforgettable guest experiences. Think premium cocktails, sunny brunches, sunset drinks and busy summer nights.

We’re looking for people who:

• Have a genuine love for hospitality
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bring positive energy and personality to the team
• Can deliver friendly, professional service
• Work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Have bar experience (preferred but not essential for the right person)

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers and coffees
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Keeping the bar clean, organised and well stocked
• Working closely with the floor and management team
• Helping create the fun, welcoming atmosphere Ula is known for
