We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Bar Host to join our team at Red Hotels Ltd. You’ll be the welcoming face of our bar, ensuring guests enjoy exceptional service in a relaxed and stylish setting. From crafting drinks to creating a warm atmosphere, you’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable hospitality experiences.

·         Welcome guests and provide attentive, friendly service.

·         Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard.

·         Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.

·         Support the team with stock management and bar setup.

·         Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

·         Promote bar offerings and upsell where appropriate.

·         Previous bar or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).

·         Basic knowledge of drink preparation and bar service.

·         Must be 18+ due to licensing regulations.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·         Team player with a positive attitude.

·         Attention to detail and pride in presentation.

·         Competitive hourly rate: £12.71 per hour plus a share of hotel tips.
