As our Bar Team Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind the Bedruthan Bar experience. You’ll guide, inspire and energise your team, champion exceptional service, and help craft the kind of atmosphere guests rave about long after they’ve left.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the Bar Experience — Set the tone for warm, polished and memorable service.
• Inspire & Motivate — Guide your team through busy services with confidence, clarity and positivity.
• Train & Develop — Share your knowledge of cocktails, wines, pairings and luxury service standards.
• Drive Performance — Support the financial success of our Food & Beverage operations.
• Champion Standards — Maintain impeccable hygiene, cellar management and presentation.
• Collaborate Seamlessly — Work closely with kitchen, events and wider hotel teams.
• Create Magic — Deliver experiences that feel effortless, elegant and unforgettable.

• £28,683.20 per annum plus a share of hotel tips.
• Permanent 40-hour contract over a 5-day working week.
