We are hiring a part-time Counter Service Team Member to join our Noble Smoke Optimist Hall team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, can move with urgency, and takes pride in keeping a small station clean, organized, and ready for service.

This position pays $13 per hour plus tips. We are primarily looking for part-time coverage on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, with the possibility of picking up a fourth shift.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, efficient counter service
• Operate the cash register and take guest orders accurately
• Build sandwiches and prepare menu items according to Noble Smoke standards
• Portion, heat, and maintain food at proper temperatures
• Cook fries and support food execution during service
• Restock product, supplies, and packaging throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area
• Follow all sanitation, temperature, and food handling standards
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning procedures
• Communicate with management when product, supplies, or support are needed
