Position Summary

Server’s Assistants are integral to ensuring smooth and efficient service by supporting servers and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of dining areas. This position involves assisting with table resets, clearing dishes, and ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service. Server’s Assistants uphold the standards and culture of the restaurant and Noble Food & Pursuits, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for all guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following and may change or be adjusted at any time:

• Assist servers by clearing tables, resetting them promptly, and ensuring readiness for the next guests. 
• Support servers by delivering water, bread, or other table setup items as needed. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and the kitchen pass. 
• Communicate effectively with servers and the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow. 
• Restock supplies for service stations, including utensils, napkins, and condiments. 
• Assist in polishing silverware and glassware to maintain high presentation standards. 
• Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly, ensuring a positive experience. 
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance and guest safety. 
• Perform opening and closing side work as directed by management. 
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• The ability to define and effectively solve a variety of changing situations under stress; ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

• Flexible work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• May be required to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional bending, kneeling, or stooping as needed.
• Exposure to varying temperatures in kitchen and dining areas..
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels
