Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced barback/server assistant who have both the passion and knowledge to produce amazing food to join our team at Rooster's Wood-fired Kitchen Uptown. This position provides a great opportunity for growth and to learn amazing food. Great work environment, Great benefits, Great pay. The right candidate for this job should be able to multitask food and beverage orders and deliveries. Our restaurant prides itself in providing excellent service, which is why we are looking for someone who will treat our guests with attentiveness, patience, and a positive attitude.
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week

Job Expectations
- Learning table numbers and seating positions.
- Delivering plates to specified seats with confidence and ability to explain dishes to guests.
- Communicating with Expo/Chef/FOH Manager on needs from servers/guests.
- Clearing tables without being intrusive on guest experience.
- Sanitizing and resetting place settings for tables and communicating reset tables with Host/Hostess.
- Completing all delegated sidework for opening/closing shifts.
- Keeping a calm composure in high stress situations.
- Providing exceptional customer experience.
- Assist bar staff to maintain a clean area for guests.
- Assist bar staff with washing and replenishing needed items.
