We are looking for a passionate Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will confidently run stations, manage their mise en place, and support the Sous Chef team by maintaining clean, organized, and tightly run work areas. This is not an entry level position. We require proven experience in casual upscale kitchens with the ability to uphold strong standards and contribute immediately to the operation.

• At least 1+ year of continous experience in a high volume kitchen with a strong foundation in classic cooking methods, knife skills, and plating

What You Will Do

• Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Maintain prep lists, complete assigned tasks, and support daily production needs
• Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing product to maintain quality and freshness
• Work closely with Line Cooks and Chefs to meet production goals and uphold kitchen standards
• Support the Noble Food & Pursuits mission by creating an environment where staff and guests feel valued
