Rooster’s Wood-Fired Kitchen is looking for skilled Line Cooks to join our Winston-Salem team. We’re known for simple, ingredient-driven cooking with wood-fired meats, fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables, and house-made breads. Our kitchen combines the relaxed feel of upscale casual dining with the standards and attention to detail of fine dining.

What We're Looking For:
1+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen with a strong foundation in classic cooking methods, knife skills, and plating.
Pride in maintaining a clean, organized station and preparing food to recipe specifications.
Confident, calm under pressure, and enjoy working efficiently while supporting and collaborating with the team to solve challenges and achieve collective goals.
Passionate about food and hospitality, eager to continue learning, growing, and making a positive impact on the team and guests.
What You’ll Do:
Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Maintain prep lists, complete assigned tasks, and support the kitchen with production needs.
Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing product to ensure quality and freshness.
Work hand-in-hand with other Line Cooks and Chefs to meet daily production goals and uphold high standards.
Promote the Noble Food & Pursuits mission, creating an environment where both staff and guests feel valued.
