Job Duties and Responsibilities
- - Prepare and bake a variety of breads
- - Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
- - Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- - Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- - Clean and sanitize work area and equipment regularly
- - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation

- - Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role
- - Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- - Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
- - Proficient in using kitchen tools, such as knives, mixers, and ovens

- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- - Good communication skills to interact with customers and other team members

- - Experience in cake decorating or pastry arts

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- -May be required to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- -Kneel, bend, or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; be on feet for extended periods of time.
- -Working in an environment that may be exposed to hazardous equipment and situations and conditions that produce cuts or minor burns.
- -Sometimes wear protective and safety attire, such as gloves.
