We are seeking a Bread Baker to join our morning bread production team. This role is ideal for someone who loves the early rhythm of baking, has a passion for fermentation and dough development, and takes pride in producing high-quality breads for our retail bakeries, restaurants, and wholesale partners.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Head Artisan Baker to execute daily bakery production with precision, consistency, and teamwork.
• Prepare, shape, and bake a variety of artisan breads and pastries with consistency and attention to detail.
• Mix and develop doughs following precise fermentation schedules.
• Manage baking according to specified times and temperatures to achieve ideal crust and crumb.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Assist with recipe testing, product improvement, and any additional tasks as directed by the Chefs.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience baking artisan breads in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of dough development, fermentation, and baking techniques.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced production schedule.
• Self-motivated and dependable, with consistent morning availability.
• Commitment to craftsmanship, teamwork, and quality.
