We are hiring a General Manager to lead this high performing team and oversee all aspects of daily operations. This role requires a hands on, strategic leader who can balance hospitality, financial performance, and team development in a fast paced environment. The General Manager sets the tone for excellence and ensures Copain SouthPark operates with precision, care, and a strong sense of purpose that reflects the values of Noble Food & Pursuits.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all aspects of café and retail operations with focus on efficiency, consistency, and exceptional guest experiences
• Build, train, and mentor a team that leads with accountability, integrity, and hospitality while fostering communication, growth, and teamwork
• Oversee financial performance by managing budgets, labor goals, and profitability through effective use of Cybake, Toast, and Restaurant365 for ordering, menu management, invoice processing, and cost tracking
• Partner with the Executive Pastry Chef and Copain Bakery leadership to align production, service flow, and presentation, supporting new menu rollouts, training, and product knowledge across the team
• Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation throughout the property
• Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment

• Genuine passion for hospitality, food, and the pursuit of quality with attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through that reflect Noble Food & Pursuits’ standards
• Proven experience in restaurant or bakery management with success leading high-volume operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams
• Proficiency in Cybake, Toast, and Restaurant365 or similar systems and the ability to quickly become an expert in them to train others effectively
• Analytical and organized approach to operations with the ability to identify trends and implement solutions
• Composure, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• Salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 with opportunities for performance-based bonuses
