Multi-Unit Culinary Leadership
Description

Success in this role requires current or recent culinary leadership experience in full service restaurants. We are looking for a culinary leader who understands the pace, pressure, standards, and team dynamics of active restaurant operations.

The strongest candidates will bring like for like experience in chef driven, scratch, high volume, polished casual, upscale casual, or full service restaurant environments. This background is important because the role directly supports Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, kitchen teams, menu execution, service standards, food cost, labor, and overall culinary performance across multiple restaurants.

This is a hands on restaurant leadership role for someone who can step into kitchens, assess execution, coach leaders in real time, and help teams improve through direct involvement.

You will be expected to train Executive Chefs directly, strengthen their leadership, and hold them accountable to the level of performance required across our group. That means real coaching in real time, not just check ins and direction from the sidelines.

  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and long term development of BOH talent
  • Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee menu execution, recipe standards, portioning, presentation, and culinary initiatives
  • Conduct regular kitchen visits to assess quality, execution, cleanliness, organization, and team performance
  • Identify operational gaps quickly and implement practical solutions
  • Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, and operational discipline
  • Partner on financial performance across the region, including food cost, labor, inventory, purchasing, and waste control
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Culinary Officer on regional strategy, growth, and company wide culinary initiatives
