Bossy Beulah’s is a no-nonsense chicken joint serving the best chicken sandwiches, tenders, wings, bites and sides in the Carolinas. We’re looking for a dynamic team member with a strong culinary foundation and confident front-of-house presence to join our newly opening Bossy Beulah's on Park Road. You’ll be rotating between kitchen stations and also serving guests at the register with warmth and professionalism. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who’s just as comfortable behind a fryer as they are greeting guests with a smile.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food to Bossy Beulah’s high standards of flavor and quality
- Operate fryers and prep lines efficiently and safely
- Provide excellent customer service at the front counter and register
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your station and the restaurant
- Communicate with teammates to keep service running smoothly
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and closing/opening duties as needed
Position Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen/culinary experience preferred (quick service or casual dining a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Team -oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Commitment to cleanliness, quality and consistency.
