Position Summary

Bossy Beulah's Chicken Shack is hiring at our Winston-Salem location, we need some great people to add to our team. We have a completely scratch kitchen, no freezers, no microwaves and we prep fresh every day. If you have a passion for cooking and serving great food then you will love Bossy Beulah's Chicken Shack. We have a small menu that is easy to execute quickly and we are know for great food fast and amazing service and hospitality.

Our Fry / Chicken Cooks and Line Cooks help cut and prep chicken, cut and blanche fries, make sauces and dressings, and cook and work on the line.

We pay $13.00 per hour plus tips, everyone shares in all the tips and the staff makes great tips. You will make AT LEAST $16.00 per hour but more than likely you will make $17.00-$18.00 per hour.

We take great care of our people and there are plenty of hours to go around for people who show up, work hard and care about the food they serve.

Job Requirements

• Restocks supplies and ingredients during shifts.
• Assists with assembling meals when needed.
• Sets up and stocks workstation with necessary supplies before service.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization during and after shifts.
• Assist with chopping, peeling, portioning, and other simple prep tasks as directed by kitchen leadership.
• Prepares and portions ingredients for service.
• Communicates effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Handles special requests or dietary accommodations with professionalism.
• Completes other duties assigned by management.
• Maintains sanitation to the Department of Health standards; keeps work area clean and organized.
