As we grow, we are looking for operators who can run the business with discipline and represent the Noble Food & Pursuits standard every day.

We are hiring a Store Operator to lead Bossy Beulah’s through hands-on management of people, product, and performance. The role requires someone who can guide and develop a team, uphold standards in every part of the operation, manage costs with care, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied. Success in this position comes from clear leadership, sound decision-making, and the ability to keep the restaurant running smoothly while supporting both the staff and the brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the business with full P&L responsibility, including forecasting, inventory, and cost control for food, labor, and supplies.
  • Drive growth by planning for staffing needs, executing catering opportunities, and strengthening the Bossy Beulah’s presence in the community.
  • Lead, coach, and support the team through daily supervision, training, scheduling, and ongoing development of staff and managers.
  • Oversee food quality, safety, and cleanliness by ensuring every menu item meets recipe standards and all health department requirements are consistently followed.
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality by engaging with guests, resolving issues quickly, and setting the tone for service and professionalism.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least two years in a leadership role, with general manager experience preferred but not required.
  • At least five years in food service within a high-volume, quality-driven environment.
  • Experience producing and managing high quality food while upholding recipes and standards.
  • Proficiency with computers and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work 50+ hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
