Ability to lead, coach, and develop a culinary team while maintaining the culture of NF&P is a must.
The right candidate will be able to create menus with seasonal farm offerings, while staying true to our mentality that simplicity with amazing ingredients lets the food shine on its own.
The chef will be responsible for managing all controllable costs, purchasing, scheduling, recruiting, DOH inspections, and overall operational success of the culinary operations.
